Musings #17 Spring is in the Air

It’s coming!

Crocuses, daffodils, and forsythia are showing their colors. The temperature has edged to the high 60s – low 70s. Life seems reborn after the long winter hibernation. Short sleeves and short-shorts, runners, giggling children, convertibles, and park-goers are seen everywhere as people emerge from their winter caves. Spring is officially here, but even more importantly … Spring is in the air!

We’ve waited long and hard for this season to reemerge. We’ve endured the cloudy skies, the snowy, freezing – yet magical blizzards, and the recent hurricane-like winds. We’ve waited long and hard for Spring to, once again, be in the air.

It’s here … Spring is here!

  1. I walked through a park with crocuses and through the botanical garden today. And I have seen that even storks are back from the south. Welcome spring ūüôā
